Hi! My name is Erin Rice

I’m a hardworking, fun-loving Northern Neck real estate agent with a background in investing, renovations, and interior design—offering my clients a unique perspective when buying or selling. Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, I made the move to the Northern Neck of Virginia several years ago and never looked back. I appreciate this incredible area for exactly what it is and understand the transition for those coming from more urban environments. I pride myself on strong communication and providing a smooth, informed experience from start to finish. I also serve as Treasurer and RPAC Committee Chair for the Northern Neck Association of REALTORS® and enjoy staying actively involved in my community
